Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Application
These Shipping Terms apply to all footwear products sold by NOVATECH SOLUTIONS INC (hereinafter referred to as "we") to the EU, covering orders placed through our official website (ntsolutionsin.com) and other approved channels.

2. Shipping Time
Upon receipt of a valid order and full payment (or confirmation of a valid payment method), we will complete product stocking, inspection, and shipment within 5-7 business days.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., orders involving customized products, temporary inventory shortages, statutory holidays, etc.), shipping times may be extended. We will notify customers in advance by email or phone and agree on a new shipping time.

3. Shipping Time
The shipping time from our shipment to the EU customer's designated delivery address is 20-40 calendar days.
Shipping time is affected by various factors, including, but not limited to, shipping route, weather conditions, customs clearance efficiency, and holidays. The above shipping times are estimates only; actual delivery times may be earlier or later. If force majeure causes a significant extension in shipping time, we will promptly notify the customer.

4. Shipping Method and Carrier
We will select an appropriate shipping method (such as international express, air freight, ocean freight, or land freight) based on the order details and the EU's logistics network, and entrust a legally qualified and reputable carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other partnered logistics providers) to transport the products.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as product weight, volume, shipping method, and destination. The specific fees will be displayed when the customer places the order and are the customer's responsibility (unless otherwise agreed).
If the customer requires expedited shipping or special shipping services, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact our customer service for details.

6. Customs Clearance
Products exported to the EU are subject to customs clearance. Customers must provide the necessary documents (such as proof of recipient's identity and address) and cooperate with customs inspection. Customers are solely responsible for any duties, VAT, consumption tax, and other taxes that may be incurred during customs clearance, in accordance with EU and local regulations. If customs clearance is delayed or unsuccessful due to customer reasons, any resulting additional costs and losses will be borne by the customer.

7. Receipt and Acceptance

Upon receipt of the products, customers should carefully verify that the quantity, specifications, and appearance of the products match the order, and that the packaging is intact. If any damage, shortage, or other abnormalities are discovered, customers should immediately raise an objection with the carrier, note this on the receipt, and promptly notify us by email or phone.

If customers discover any such defects only after receipt and cannot provide valid evidence proving that the problem occurred during transportation, we will handle the matter in accordance with our product quality policy and assume no liability for any transportation related issues.

8. Shipping Information Inquiry

Customers can inquire about product shipping information by the following methods:

After the product is shipped, we will email the carrier and tracking number to the customer. Customers can check the detailed shipping progress through the carrier's official website or customer service hotline.
